You shall be solely responsible for all the content you send using our SMS gateway service.
You shall comply with all relevant regulations by Telecom Regulatory Authority of India or by a governmental or statutory authority.
You shall have your own customer list. Customer here refers to the person who has given you the consent to receive promotional SMS from your or your company.
You shall not promote any service or product which is considered illegal as per law of the land. Also you shall not use this service for sending abusive, vulgar, defamatory or otherwise objectionable content.
You shall not use random sender ID or use an ID which represents any other person, brand, company or business. If you use any other id apart from your own, your account would be terminated without notice.
You shall comply with the Telecom Unsolicited Commercial Communications Regulations, 2007 (the “TRAI Regulations”) and its amendments and Guidelines for Telemarketers, issued by Department of Telecommunications (“DOT Guidelines”) which strictly prohibit sending promotional messages to customer who is listed in the National Do Not Call Registry (NDNC). You shall agree that it’s our sole discretion to withdraw or limit our service or any of the additional feature depending on your account review as it may deem fit.

You shall pay 100% amount in advance and will not be liable for any refund in case of unused credits, expired credits or closure of account due to violation of policies.
You shall agree to pay the amount in INR + applicable taxes through the means of direct bank transfer, third party payment gateway(convenience fees extra) and Cheque payable at par.
Any price changes in the SMS would be adjusted using existing credits in your account.
